Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Provided

First Impress Labs provides MVP development and ongoing support services for digital products. Our services include:

• Full MVP development within 3 weeks
• UI/UX design
• Mobile responsive design
• Deployment and launch support
• Ongoing development and maintenance (if purchased)

We commit to delivering high-quality work within the agreed timeline and specifications.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

• MVP Development Package: $1790
• Growth Package: $2490/month

Payment terms:

• For MVP Development: 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery
• For Growth Package: Monthly billing

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the work created specifically for you will be transferred to you. This includes source code, designs, and related materials. We retain the right to use and display the work in our portfolio (without disclosing confidential information).

5. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will sign an NDA upon request. We commit to protecting your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.

6. Revisions and Delivery

Our MVP Development package includes 1 revision. We guarantee delivery within 3 weeks of project start, provided that you provide timely feedback and necessary materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall First Impress Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by First Impress Labs, even if First Impress Labs has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• For MVP Development: All work completed and paid for will be delivered
• For Growth Package: Service will continue until the end of the paid period

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
